Our goal is long-term hair health, not short-term styling at the expense of your hair’s integrity.

2. Hair Preparation Requirement

To ensure accurate assessment and safe treatment:

- Hair must be fully detangled upon arrival

- Excessively matted or tangled hair may result in service delays, modifications, or rescheduling

This policy allows us to focus on treatment quality rather than corrective detangling that may cause unnecessary stress to the hair.

3. Consultations & Hair Sessions

We strongly recommend booking a separate hair consultation for a full evaluation of your hair condition.

- Hair consultations provide a detailed explanation of your hair’s health, concerns, and treatment plan

- Hair sessions include only limited information about your hair condition and are focused on the scheduled service itself

For the most accurate guidance and expectations, consultations should be booked independently from hair sessions.

4. Appointment Timing & Grace Period

We value your time and ours. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

- A 15-minute grace period is allowed after your original appointment time

- After 15 minutes, The Hair Agency SD reserves the right to reschedule your appointment

Late arrivals may result in shortened services or forfeited appointments to maintain fairness for all clients.

5. Guests & Children Policy

To maintain a calm, professional, and hygienic clinic environment:

- No extra guests are permitted

- Children are not allowed, unless they are the client receiving services

This policy ensures safety, focus, and a relaxing experience for every client.

6. Client Privacy & Personal Information

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

- Client details are used solely for appointment management, treatment records, and clinic communication

- We do not sell, share, or misuse personal data
